Wonderland Celebrates Victoria Day and its Birthday All Weekend Long

Canada’s Wonderland celebrates its 38th birthday and Victoria Day on this coming long weekend. The park will light fireworks on Sunday, May 19, at 10:00 p.m., one day before Victoria Day. The firework show will be seen against the silhouette of the new dive coaster, the Yukon Striker. The park will display over 6000 colours during the show along with an original soundtrack. Wonderland’s team spent over 375 hours coordinating the colourful display of fireworks along with the soundtrack.

Wonderland is bringing back The WoofJocks Canine All Stars where dogs Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy and Snoopy will perform to the musical Snoopy’s Dog Days of Summer. They will be performing at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and at 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Monday, May 20.. This show is high in popularity, therefore the park insists that the audience arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the show starts so they can find a seat. There is limited seating space available and it is based on first come first serve basis. Children will have the opportunity to sing along and get involved with the cast during the show. The Attendees will also get a chance to be photographed with the cast members at the end of the show.

Lastly, Canada’s Wonderland is selling its season passes at $75 until May 19, which is a special offer. Prices will go up from May 20. You can purchase your season pass online if you cannot come in person. You can also save up to $26 on your ticket if you purchase it four days in advance. Canada’s Wonderland will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, and it will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20. On a regular basis, the park is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the weekends and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the weekdays.
