It's the spookiest time of the year!
And the Historical Wallace House is planning a family event oozing with creativity and smiles! Get your costumes ready! Kids can expect fun crafts, scary stories, delicious snacks, and of course a spooky theme with fun decorations!
The most anticipated part of this event is the guided Haunted Halloween Walk!
Sound spooky? Well, get ready, because it will be! Bring a flashlight or lantern so you can see all the spooky props and learn about the history and heritage of Woodbridge in a fun way! Glow sticks would also be a fun addition to your costumes!

This historical home dates back to it's creation by Captain Nathaniel Wallace in 1873.
The committee of the Historic Wallace House are dedicated to preserving the heritage and historical significance that Wallace and his family had and continue to have on Woodbridge and Vaughan. Fun family events are scheduled throughout the year and weekly drop-in activities are planned for mature members in your family.
Weekly drop-in activities at the Wallace House include:
Relaxed Bridge: Wednesdays, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
*Join an experienced group of card players for a relaxing afternoon
Knitting: Thursdays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
*This upbeat group of women complete projects for charity and donations. All skill levels are encouraged and represented.
Quilting: Thursdays, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
*Join an intimate group who meet and learn from each other.
Coffee & Community: Fridays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
*Come out for coffee, friends and community!
Writing Group: Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
*Join a group of budding authors who listen to and share each other's writing experiences in a safe place. Everyone is welcome.
This Historical Home really is a place that promotes the natural and cultural heritage of Woodbridge.
